Information collected
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Telephone number and site postcode are optional. Avoid including sensitive information, passwords, payment details or confidential business documents.
Cloudflare, the website hosting and security service, may process technical and security logs, including IP addresses, browser details, requests and security events, to deliver and protect the website.
How enquiry information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand the work required and maintain related correspondence. Our legitimate interests are handling requested business enquiries and protecting the website.
Enquiry details are recorded in Doxa, the internal enquiry management system, for handling and review. We would ask for your agreement before sharing enquiry details with a contractor. Submitting the form does not authorise that sharing.
Supporting services
Google Cloud hosts the enquiry form service. Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security. SMTP2GO handles email delivery, and Google Workspace supports email correspondence. These services process information as part of delivering the website and handling enquiries.
Some supporting providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Keeping enquiry records
Enquiry details and correspondence are kept while relevant to the enquiry, related correspondence or legal requirements. The period depends on those needs rather than a fixed retention period.
Cookies and fonts
The website has no analytics integration or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies. Fonts are hosted with the website.
Your rights and questions
Depending on your circumstances and applicable requirements, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure or restriction, or object to its processing.
Send a request through our contact form, providing enough information to identify the enquiry concerned. Avoid including unnecessary personal information.
You can also raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, through its complaints page (ico.org.uk).
